Animation Demo Reels

I have been animation in the industry for 22 years, and have been fortunate to have worked with some very well-known clients, from Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Google, and LEGO. I was a CG Animator and eventually the CG Lead on Nickelodeon's "Team Umizoomi" and was a CG Animator for Disney's "Little Einsteins." Here are various pieces from my work with LEGO, Yummiloo, as well as with Atomic Kid Studios and their company mascot.

Had the great privilege of teaming up with the talented staff at Atomic Kid Studios, Lego, and Disney to create this animated short for Mickey and Minnie's 90th birthday - inspired by the original Disney short, "The Birthday Party (1931)." Responsible for all 3D character animation, rigging, and birthday sign cloth simulations, done in Autodesk Maya. Lighting, rendering, compositing, effects, and sound design done by the AKS crew.

Animation for Nick Jr's 2017 Halloween Campaign, which here feature the characters from Paw Patrol and Rusty Rivets. Responsible for all 2D character, background, and effects animation in Adobe After Effects. *Note: Character design, background design, and character rigging done by the staff at Nickelodeon.

These were a series of 3D animated Lego pieces done for web/social media content based on Jurassic World, Star Wars, and Lego Friends. Responsible for character rigging and animation only. The rest of the magic was done by the Atomic Kid Studios team.

Character animation in After Effects for Google Androidify I/O 2017

Responsible for all 2D character rigging (Duik), animation, 3D animation, compositing, and final render. 3D modeling and 2D designs provided for by the Sol de Janeiro design team. After Effects & Maya. Social media promos for SJD's limited edition fragrances sold at Sephora and on Sol de Janeiro's website.

Animated holiday card - Responsible for all of the animation design buildups, motion, and partial sparkle/glow effects in After Effects. Final shine effect, title and end cards done by the Atomic Kid Studios Staff.

3D and 2D animated book trailer for the children's story, "A Place for Sam." Responsible for all 3D modeling, texturing, rigging and animation in Maya, and 2D animation and compositing in After Effects. The book is available on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.
